By renting a storage unit at Hartwell Lake Storage Hwy 24, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure a secure, safe, and respectful storage experience for all customers.
Rental Agreement
All rentals are on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed. You must keep your contact information up to date and notify us of any changes immediately.
Payment Policy
Payments are due on the same day each month based on your original rental date. Late fees may apply after a 5-day grace period. We accept online payments via PayPal for your convenience.
Access and Security
Customers receive 24/7 keypad access to the gated facility. Please do not share your access code with others. Our facility is fenced, lighted, and monitored by security cameras.
Prohibited Items
Storing hazardous materials, illegal substances, or flammable liquids is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to inspect any unit if there’s a suspected violation.
Termination
You may cancel your unit at any time with notice. No refunds are issued for partial months. Units must be emptied and cleaned prior to vacating.
